Citroen today announces the C3 Picasso, a supermini-MPV it claims has the innovative magic of the company’s DS masterpiece, the ‘useful and beautiful’ approach of Apple’s iPhone and the unblinking practicality needed to wound the market-leading Vauxhall/Opel Meriva. The spacious, eye-catching MPV goes on UK sale in summer 2009. It’s based on the next-generation C3 supermini, and runs four-cylinder engines turning the front wheels.
This year's Paris motor show kicks off on 27 September, with world debuts for some of the most important cars around, including the new Mk7 VW Golf, Range Rover, and McLaren P1 supercar. Alfa Romeo 4C arriving in 2013
The Alfa Romeo 4C – a compact, mid-engined RWD sports car – teased by Alfa at Geneva & Frankfurt – will arrive in 2013. The Alfa Romeo 4C holds a lot of promise as a small mid-engined and very light sports car. And Alfa Romeo has seemed serious about their baby 8C, turning up at both Geneva 2011 and Frankfurt 2011 with concept versions of the 4C.
